How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up, you automatically get a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required. During the trial, quote creation is limited to 5 per week. When your trial ends, you’ll need to subscribe to a plan to continue using ContractorQuoter.
What happens when my trial expires?
When your 14-day trial ends, you’ll need to choose a plan (Solo, Pro, or Team) to continue creating and sending quotes. Your existing data is preserved — just subscribe and pick up where you left off.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual billing is not available yet. All plans are currently billed monthly.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically and notify you via email. You'll have a grace period to update your payment information before your account is locked.
